The University is seeking an appropriately experienced Principal Contractor to undertake the completion of Main Works Design and Construction for a new purpose-built biomedical research facility to house the Australian Institute for Infectious Disease (AIID).
This will be a world-leading facility to assist in the fight against infectious diseases and global health issues and to ensure that AIID achieves its vision and objectives.
The Expression of Interest is the first stage of a two-stage procurement process. It is anticipated that the Request for Tender (RFT) will be issued to a select shortlist in Q4 2024, and Main Works award in Q2 2025.
